What to Expect with Our Process

When you choose us, we’ll guide you through the entire process step-by-step, starting with an initial consultation, then the design, onto the manufacturing and installation, and finishing up with a final inspection. Here’s a more detailed look at what to expect:

Consultation

The first step in our process is to schedule a consultation with one of our design consultants. During this consultation, we’ll discuss your needs and goals for your home. We’ll take the time to understand your space and your budget, and then we’ll create a design that meets your needs.

Our process always begins with a consultation to discuss your vision for your home so we understand your wants and needs. During this stage, we’ll listen to your needs, take note of your preferences, and answer any questions you may have. Our goal is to gain a clear understanding of your goals and provide you with expert guidance on how to achieve them.

Design

After we’ve gathered all the necessary information, our team of experienced designers will get to work creating a custom design that fits your style and budget. We use state-of-the-art software to create 3D renderings of your home, allowing you to visualize your project before it begins.

Once we’ve approved the design, we’ll get to work on your project. We use the latest tools and materials to create the perfect solution for your home. And because we’re committed to quality, we offer a lifetime warranty on all of our work.

Build

With the design approved, our team of skilled craftsmen will begin the construction phase of your project. We use only the highest quality materials and equipment to ensure that your project is built to last. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way to ensure that you’re completely satisfied with the progress.

Installation

After the custom product is complete, we’ll schedule an installation appointment. During this appointment, our team of experienced installers will install your new products. We’ll take the time to clean up and make sure everything is perfect before we leave.

Final Inspection

Before we wrap up your project, we’ll conduct a thorough final inspection to ensure that everything is up to our high standards. We’ll address any issues or concerns you may have to ensure that you’re completely satisfied with the final product.

Warranty/Disclaimer

Limited Lifetime Residential Warranty Coverage: All Around Home Solutions warrants that the products you purchase will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the normal lifetime of the products when used for single-family residential use. This limited warranty extends only to the original end user of the products, is not transferable, and excludes electric/electronic components which carry a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty (e.g. lighting components).

Hunter Douglas Warranties: Most Hunter Douglas products carry the same warranties as our closets and shutters, however there are some exclusions to the limited lifetime warranty. As your designer for additional details on warranty exclusions.

One Year Non-Residential Coverage: All Around Home Solutions warrants that the products you purchased will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of (1) year when used for non-residential or commercial use. This limited warranty extends only to the original end user of the product and is not transferable.

Exclusive Remedy: All Around Home Solutions will repair or replace any component of the products you purchase if it is defective. This is your sole and exclusive remedy for any defects in the product purchased. If All Around Home Solutions does not repair or replace a defective component of the products within a reasonable time, its liability to you will be limited to the purchase price of the products. Note that a trip charge may apply to resolve a warranty issue on products installed after 5 years in the home.

Exclusions from Coverage: You will have waived any claim for breach of warranty if you do not notify All Around Home Solutions in writing within 90 days after you discover the defect. This limited lifetime warranty does not cover (1) the improper installation by others, or use of the product; (2) abuse or neglect; or (3) normal wear and tear. Nobody can expand this warranty or waive any of its limitations. All Around Home Solutions has neither relation to nor responsibility, inherent or implied, for the products, installations, and warranties of other companies. Including but not limited to; All Around Home Solutions or any others not specifically designated.
